About

From detecting user needs to designing solutions and driving technical teams : I bridge strategy, design and execution to build digital products that create real value.

Product Management

Translating user needs into clear product decisions : defining solutions, aligning stakeholders, and leading technical teams from discovery through delivery.

UX.UI Design

Designing intuitive, user-centred experiences that balance real user needs with business objectives : from research and analysis to wireframes and final product.

Entrepreneurship

End-to-end support for intra- and entrepreneurial projects : from need validation and vision definition to MVP scoping, branding and landing page creation.

L'Oréal as Senior UX.UI Designer & Product Manager

For 2 years at L'Oréal Research & Innovation (R&I), I led end-to-end digital transformation projects across laboratories, from user research and product design to cross-team alignment, while establishing a shared UX & Agile methodology now adopted across the organization.

L'Oréal

As this project is covered by a confidentiality agreement, I'm unable to display any screenshots or visuals. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss it further.

Responsibilities

End-to-end UX Framing

Led projects from problem definition and user research through to wireframing, prototyping and user testing.

Methodology design

Established a common UX & Agile framework adopted by all Research & Innovation teams as the standard way of working.

User-centred strategy

In an organisation where direction was largely top-down, I advocated for and successfully embedded a "Problem → Solution" approach, introducing user research tools and field studies to shift decision-making toward real user needs and pain points.

Product management

Acted as both UX Designer and Product Manager, driving digital transformation initiatives across R&I laboratories.

Stakeholder alignment

Coordinated cross-functional teams including Product Owners, architects, product leads and lab users around a shared product vision.

Some achievements

UX & Agile Framing Process

Designed and deployed a shared methodology across both UX and Agile chapters, built around a "Problem → Solution" philosophy. Now adopted organisation-wide and used as a foundation for all R&I projects.

Business Processes As IS

Mapped the end-to-end business processes of all R&I laboratories in under 2 months, creating a shared reference used by multiple teams during their exploration phases.

UX Exploration Foundation

During my first months at L'Oréal, I led an end-to-end UX exploration on a pilot laboratory, which became the foundation for advocating a user-centred strategy across the entire R&I division.

OKR & Complexity Matrix

Designed a framing framework to give project teams better visibility on problem knowledge and solution needs, while helping PMOs strengthen project sponsorship and enabling Product Managers to define sharper framing strategies.

Design system

Integration of a new design system (Graphic chart, icons, buttons, atomic & molecular levels).

Some projects

Traceability test tool for all L'Oréal labs

Led the end-to-end design of a critical cross-laboratory tool, from UX exploration and framing through wireframes, A/B testing and prototyping, to the integration of a new design system. The tool serves as the data foundation for L'Oréal R&I's broader AI strategy, while tackling one of its core UX challenges: making a highly constrained and complex user task as simple and intuitive as possible.

User research UX Design Data AI Product Management

Monitoring tool for all L'Oréal labs with AI features

Took over a repeatedly deprioritised project, conducted a full audit of a chaotic existing base, then led an end-to-end reframing, from user research to prototype, navigating the complexity of data, algorithms and the diversity of lab monitoring practices.

User research UX Design Wireframes AI Product Builder

Communication tool between labs & Marketing teams

Bridged two distinct data entities within L'Oréal by designing a simple UX within ERP constraints, leading the process from an initial audit through user interviews to user testing campaigns.

Workshops Data ERP User research Problem solver

AI research tool for Innovation labs

Supported BCG teams as a UX expert in designing the product strategy for a generative AI tool aimed at L'Oréal's advanced research laboratory teams.

User research AI Workshops Problem solver

Monitoring tool for a specific type of laboratory

Supported a highly specific laboratory in defining a simple ERP-based tool, leading the process from audit to full product strategy definition.

Osme as Founder

Osme offers an ethical and creative alternative in fashion by supporting emerging fashion designers in the development of their brand. This is done through a digital platform and pop-up concept stores.

Osme
Osme landing page

Design & osme.fr platform development

User research, creation of a concept diverging from traditional e-commerce norms to suit a specific product in the fashion industry. Prototyping, segmentation to define an MVP, and platform development.

The concept: applying the principles of art to fashion to emphasize the creative process and craftsmanship that lie behind a designer's piece.

The landing page
Osme landing page : concept store & plateforme

A phygital experience bridging the gap between the Osme platform and the concept store.

The home page
Osme home page

A fresh perspective on e-commerce.

To know more about Osme…

The vision

The price of a piece should be justified by the craftsmanship and creativity of the designer, not by the brand's reputation. A new shopping experience should be offered by encouraging the customer to engage with the story and craftsmanship behind the piece.

Osme product comparison
The solutions

An e-commerce platform alone is not enough to convey the artistic sensitivity and craftsmanship of the designers.

1 digital marketplace ; 4 concept-stores ; 70+ brands

Osme concept store
The marketplace

Provide a digital presence for designers, with a space that goes beyond just purchasing and an online store, but also includes a discovery area to enhance the customer experience.

The concept-store

Create a space to exhibit designer pieces. A meeting place where consumers and designers can engage in discussions about craftsmanship and shared values.
